Submissions 101: Redeeming Vouchers

PSA Collectors Club Membership Has Its Rewards

In this Submissions 101 video, aptly entitled “Redeeming Vouchers,” PSA Customer Service rep Carlos De La Torre and PR Specialist Terry Melia break down the three easy steps to remember when redeeming one’s vouchers earned through PSA Collectors Club memberships, either via the Gold or Platinum levels.

Gold Level Membership

If you paid $149 to join PSA’s Gold Collectors Club, you automatically received vouchers for six card submissions, which equates to a $120 value. While it is recommended that all six cards be submitted at the same time, it is not required. The vouchers are valid for both trading card as well as card-and-autograph, dual-service submissions and the maximum declared value per card is $499. In order to expedite the process, it’s always best to use PSA’s online submission center. On average, the turnaround time is approximately seven business days for trading card submissions and/or 20 business days for card-and-autograph dual-service submissions. Note: T3s, tickets and packs are not allowed with this level voucher.

Platinum Level Membership

If you paid $249 to join PSA’s Platinum Collectors Club, you automatically received vouchers for 15 card submissions, which equates to a $300 value. It is recommended that all 15 cards be submitted at the same time, but is not required. Like their Gold counterparts, the Platinum vouchers are valid for both trading card and card-and-autograph, dual-service submissions. Again, the maximum declared value per card is $499. The turnaround time is approximately seven business days for trading card submissions and 20 business days for the card-and-autograph, dual-service orders. Note: T3s, tickets and packs are not allowed with this level voucher.

So, to reiterate, here’s the best advice to collectors:

  1. Use PSA’s online submission center to expedite the process and calculate your fees;
  2. The maximum declared value per card on each order is $499, so you can’t exceed that; and
  3. You are only responsible for paying for the return shipping on orders between six and 15 cards.

  1. Do you get the voucher codes immediately after signing up? I was looking to drop some cards off for submission at a show in a day or so.
