For decades, collectors have entrusted PSA with their cards and memorabilia. Hobbyists packaged up their precious collectibles, sent them off for grading and authentication, and began diligently checking their order status on the PSA website, awaiting that much anticipated “pop.”
In an effort to provide customers with more detailed information about the status of their cards, PSA recently launched a new Order Status feature, viewable from the My Membership section of a PSAcard.com online account. Now collectors can view the progress of their orders as they move through the grading process. Not only does the Order Status Tracker provide greater transparency on individual orders, but hovering the cursor over each step also produces a definition of what actually occurs at each stage in the process.
To view the status of orders, customers need only log into their PSA Account and visit the My Account page. From there, customers can see what stage of the eight-stage process their order is in.
Orders are tracked in each of these eight stages:
- Arrived
- Order Prep
- Research & ID
- Grading
- Assembly
- QA Check 1
- QA Check 2
- Shipping

The tracker is also mobile-friendly, so customers can check on the status of their orders from their smartphone or mobile device.
